For those of you that have utilized our online payment program FASTpay, we would like to thank you for your participation. However, we have retired FASTpay and are now offering an alternative online payment solution.

We are very excited to announce that we have selected Rentpayment.com as our new online payment provider! They are a leader in the online rent payment industry and they offer easy and convenient payment methods as well as professional customer service.

For residents that were previously assigned a Username and Password through the leasing office at your community, we have setup a new account for you at Rentpayment.com. The Username that you were assigned (as noted on your copy of the 'Online Payment Service Option' addendum) is your new Username and Password. Once you login for the first time, you will be asked to change your password.

If you have not previously signed up to pay online, please contact the leasing office at your community and they will be happy to answer your questions and provide you the necessary information.
